What's normally included in the price?

Liveaboard trip prices always include accommodation on board, all meals, most drinks (drinking water, coffee, tea, etc.), divemaster services, tanks, weights, belts, air, and 3-4 dives per day. We also include hotel transfers from Patong Beach, Kata Beach, and Karon Beach. For more information, please visit the specific boat's web pages, or email us for more specific information. Equipment rental is not included in the above prices as this would be unfair to those who have purchased their own gear.

BCD: $7.00 to $10.00 US per day
Reg with gauges and octopus: $7.00 to $10.00 US per day
Wetsuit (3 mm shorty): $5.00 to $7.00 per day
Mask and Snorkel: $3.00 to $5.00 US per day
Fins (Full-foot style): $3.00 to $5.00 US per day
Computer (wrist model): $6.00 to $10.00 US per day (not always available)
Full set w/o computer: $20.00 to $25.00 US per day
Torches (underwater lights): Usually free of charge, not always

Thailand has a national park fee of 400 THB per person, and 200 THB per day which is payable in cash to the authorities upon arrival in the park. This is not included in the price. For example, a four-day trip would be 1,600 baht per person as on a normal trip like this, we enter two national parks. Burma also charges a fee for entry, this one in USD, usually between $190 and $250. Please email us if you have any questions about these charges. These are clearly explained on the itinerary pages of each of the boats.

Note: We can take no responsibility for scheduling or itinerary changes due to changing weather, political situations, natural disasters or other events beyond our control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any kind of trip you do anywhere in the world. We also recommend that you have DAN or other diving accident insurance up to date and current in case of an unanticipated evacuation or other treatment that may not be covered by your regular insurance.
